I. IN GENERAL
Airport Transfer provides a platform for booking private airport transfers and transportation services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety.
These terms govern the contractual relationship between the User (customer) and Airport Transfer. We operate as a service provider connecting travelers with professional local drivers across Turkey.
II. TRANSPORT SERVICES
All transport services provided through our platform are private. This means the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.
- Meet & Greet: Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a name-sign. Meeting instructions are provided in your confirmation.
- Route: Our drivers follow the most efficient route to your destination. Fixed prices are inclusive of all tolls and road taxes.
- Professionalism: All drivers are licensed professionals, and vehicles meet legal safety standards.
III. WAITING TIME & MONITORING
We monitor all commercial flights to ensure your driver is on time.
- Airport Pickups: We include 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from the moment your flight lands.
- Non-Airport Pickups: For hotels or private addresses, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.
- Delays: If you expect a significant delay at baggage claim or immigration, please contact us immediately via the phone number provided in your booking.
IV. BAGGAGE & VEHICLES
It is the User's responsibility to ensure the selected vehicle category can accommodate all passengers and luggage.
- Standard Luggage: Most vehicles accommodate one large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger.
- Extra Items: Large items such as golf bags, surfboards, or skis must be pre-declared at the time of booking to ensure a suitable vehicle is assigned.
- Child Seats: Child and booster seats are available upon request. Safety is our priority.
V. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
We offer a flexible approach to changing your travel plans.
- Modifications: You can modify your booking details up to 24 hours before pickup at no extra charge (subject to price differences if the route or vehicle changes).
- Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the pickup time are free. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.
VI. FINANCIAL TERMS
Transparency is key to our service.
- Fixed Pricing: The price you see at the time of booking is the final price. No hidden fees or "surge" pricing.
- Payment Method: We primarily offer a "Pay at the Driver" model. You pay the total amount directly to the driver in cash or as otherwise agreed.
- Currency: Prices are typically displayed in EUR/USD/GBP but can be paid in local currency at the exchange rate of the day.
