The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. Please take a moment to read them before making a Booking.
1. Definitions
- "Company", "we", "us": Means TATİLLİO TURİZM SEYAHAT TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.. We provide the transfer services directly with our own fleet.
- "Customer", "You": Means the person who makes the Booking.
- "Booking": The reservation for transfer services made through this website.
- "Transfer Voucher": The written confirmation of the Booking sent to you by Email or WhatsApp.

3. Online Booking & Contract
Legally Binding Confirmation: The contract becomes legally binding the moment you receive your Transfer Voucher via Email or WhatsApp. For "Pay at Driver" reservations, this confirmation signifies a firm commitment.
4. Payment (Pay at Driver)
Direct Cash Payment
You are required to pay the full fare specified on your Transfer Voucher directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination. We accept EUR, USD, GBP, and TRY.

6. Waiting Times & Flight Delays
- Airport Pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from landing. We track your flight.
- Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time.
- No Extra Fees: There are no additional charges for flight delays.
7. Our Responsibility
As the direct fleet operator, we ensure our vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Turkish Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
