I. OVERVIEW

Airport Transfer is committed to providing a reliable and transparent booking experience. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our professional drivers.

This policy applies to all private transfers and transportation services booked through our platform across Turkey.

II. FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

We understand that travel plans are fluid. We allow for maximum flexibility.

  • Up to 24 Hours: You can cancel any reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Immediate Confirmation: Once you cancel within the free period, you will receive a confirmation message, and your driver will be released.

III. LATE CANCELLATION

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time are considered "Late Cancellations."

  • Last-Minute: In these cases, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate the assigned driver for their time and fuel costs.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: We evaluate each case individually. If the cancellation is due to a sudden flight cancellation by the airline, please let us know.

IV. NO-SHOW POLICY

A "No-Show" occurs when the passenger fails to meet the driver at the pickup location without prior notice.

  • Airport Pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting time is included from flight landing. After 60 minutes, if we cannot reach you, it is marked as a No-Show.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time is included. After 15 minutes, it is marked as a No-Show.
  • Consequences: The customer may be liable for the full amount of the booking in case of a No-Show.

V. MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES

Instead of canceling, you can always choose to modify your booking.

  • Change of Plans: Need to change the date, time, or vehicle? You can do so up to 24 hours before your pickup at no extra charge.
  • Price Adjustments: If the new route or vehicle is more expensive, the new price will apply. If it's cheaper, you'll save money!

VI. HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BOOKING

Managing your transfer should be as easy as booking it.

  • WhatsApp: Reach our 24/7 support team at +90 539 850 45 64. Please provide your PNR number (e.g., TRF-1234).
  • Confirmation Email: Use the link provided in your confirmation to manage or cancel your request.
